Introduction

It was made a guinea pig dissection to observe their bodies, in order to know how our body similarly.

OBJECTIVES

* Handle the various tissues and organs of the mammal.

* Watch the order and the relationship of the organs that make you different devices and systems.

* Learn techniques of dissection.

* To analyze the physiological mechanisms in animals to understand the dynamics of life.

* Establish a basic knowledge we have about the anatomy and morphology of guinea pig. / font>

Perform description of the external organs of the guinea pig

recognize the internal organs of guinea pigs and their functions.

Identify the nervous system of guinea pig and its function.

Describe the internal organs of the guinea pig with their respective function.

evaluate our achievements for us and the effectiveness of laboratory practice.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

* On completion of practice, we should be able to describe the internal and external organs of the guinea pig with their specific duties.

* Handle or handle different mammalian tissues and organs

* Watch the order and the relationship of the organs that make you different devices and systems.

* turn dissection techniques.

*

Material

* A guinea pig

* Surgical gloves

* Scalpels for fish cuts

* Newspaper to cover the real estate classroom

* A camera to photograph the steps taken

* Apron, to avoid contaminating our uniform

* Tweezers for easy removal of organs

* Towel

* Trash bag for laboratory waste

* Cover mouth

* Case dissection (in the absence of dissection kit can be used)

– A new gillete

– A good knife row

– A scissor

– A pair of tweezers

– Depilatories Eyebrow

*

Procedure

* 1) You take the guinea pig feet and hands pressed to put it head and applies a hand blow to the head.

* 2) After killing the guinea pig

* 3) We performed a sagittal section of the back to the previous one with the scissors.

* 4) is cut one layer of mouse skin.

* 5) There are internal organs.

6) After making all the practical order the materials in the case of dissection, as well as the desk.

7) Clean up all debris that left the laboratory performed and introduce them to the trash bag.

8) discuss the observed.

*

Results

The appliance is clearly observed and digestive player, look at the texture, color and size of the kidney, spine and heart.

*

Analysis and discussion

Highlight the similarities and differences in external and internal anatomy of the rat compared with human.

Observe a guinea pig was very interesting, the first thing we did was the cut starting with the first layer of skin that is tougher, then proceeds to cut the next layer is thinner but still very hard, and then short the last layer is very thin, gastrointestinal tract had a very large size to be clearly observed the intestines, stomach and rectum, we also observed the reproductive tract, the bladder was very large in size as the liver, pancreas, the brain and heart, nerves were clearly observed around the spine. This practice helped us to understand how the internal organs of humans.

*

Conclusions

We learned to make cuts in the skin of guinea pig, look at all their bodies and learned to serve and how they are connected to each other bodies.
